Exchange Policy

Exchange available within 7 days after the delivery date. 

Products must stay in original brand new condition, unused, can’t be altered in any way.

Please note shipping fee and related duties, taxes will not be covered. You will need to pay for [fee of the returned product] and [fee of the new product to you]

IMPORTANT: If you don't follow our exchange policy, your shipment will be rejected.

Change & Cancel Policy

Once an order is placed, our team works on it immediately to make sure it can be shipped asap.

Please review all details before placing your order, we can’t change shipping address after order placed, and can only make limited changes to the product within 1 hour order placed.

You may cancel your order within 1 hours after order placed, a 10% processing fee will be charged.

After 1 hours, order will be fully processed can’t cancel. Please allow 1-2 business days for the refund reflect on your account.
